We follow applicable law, such as the Data Protection Act 2018 and the 2018 GDPR.
Products and Apple Inc.
WPTRNPT LTD. is NOT collecting any data (personalised or not personalised) from you in our products for storage on WPTRNPT LTD. servers.
We are NOT currently offering any advertising option in products that would allow you to access extended features for free. Therefore, NO personalised or non-personalised information is gathered for advertising purposes through third parties.
When you buy or use our products, exactly like any other app you use, Apple Inc. HAS to collect data relating to your use of our products, for example, data whether you purchased extended features. Data collection that is beyond being necessary can be changed in your device settings. We refer you to Apple’s privacy policy for that.
To enhance your experience with our products, you yourself may personalise the product – and our products may help you to personalise the experience, for example by saving your product specific settings on your own devices for future use. We do not have or want any insight into such information. This is your information for your use and your usage enhancement.

If you contact us
Should You choose to contact us, we will use your E-mail address and content solely in relation to the reason of your email. Once that reason has elapsed, we will delete your email and contact information as part of our periodic deletion cycles – unless you tell us to keep such information. We have at least once a year a deletion event.
In either case, we do NOT share any personal detail, such as an email address, with any third party that is not related to WPTRNPT LTD., unless law requires us to do so.
To improve the quality of our products further, we may extract the learning from our interaction, for example, when we helped you to resolve a product usage question. This extraction, analysis and storage of learning will be in an anonymous form, with no possibility to track it back to you personally.
Your rights and consent
You always have the right to contact us with an enquiry, whether we hold personal information about you and if yes, what it is. Our answer may just be an email, confirming that we do not hold any information about you.
Should we do at that particular moment, for example when we are helping you to resolve a query about one of our products, we may charge a small fee beforehand, to compensate us for our time searching and compiling the information for you.
Should you choose to have the information erased before the initial reason of you contacting us has elapsed, just inform us and we erase the information. We will of course then not be able to help you further with your initial request.
As emails are currently the only temporary personal information we hold from customers, the lawful basis for doing so is your consent, documented by your initial email contacting us. If, after reviewing the temporary personal information we have about you, you have any concerns, please raise it to us, but you also have the right to raise it to ico.org.uk, the official data protection body in the UK.
